Mr. Lasshofer joined the company in 1999. Previously, he held a staff position at Bank Austria. Mr. Lasshofer joined the Group through Union Versicherungs AG in 1986 and subsequently was Managing Director of AWD Gesellschaft für Wirtschaftsberatung. In 1998, he was elected to the Managing Board of Donau Allgemeine Versicherungs AG. The title of "Deputy General Manager" has been conferred upon him in October 2007.
